Lõvirahu Homes in Kristiine – Stage 2

In winter 2019, Astlanda Ehitus started the construction of the second stage of the Lõvirahu dwelling development project at 2, 4, and 6 Meriski Street.

The building complex is made up of three five-storey dwellings that are connected via a shared underground car park.

There are 83 apartments of varying sizes and with ten different layouts available – anyone who is looking for a home can find the right one here.

A park with children’s play areas stretching across approx. 3,700 m² will be built next to the dwellings.

The homes will be completed by late 2020.
