One of the largest future development projects of Astlanda Ehitus is the registered immovable of 4.2 ha located at Mustamäe tee 69.

It is an esteemed region with a great location in the Kristiine District that has well-developed infrastructure.

According to a preliminary draft, we intend to construct a total of 19 buildings with approximately 440 apartments and 5,000 m² of commercial spaces.
