The building to be constructed at Piima 6 and 8 is situated on the former territory of the dairy company Tere AS (formerly known as Tallinna Piimatööstus) – on one of the most important “arteries” of the city. Many businesses and offices have converged here, and the area keeps developing.  The pine forest across the road offers an opportunity to ski and engage in recreational sport, as well as to simply spend time in nature.
