Astlanda Ehitus started the construction of the office building Tehnopol 2. The constructed building is located at 2/2 Mäealuse Street at the Tehnopol business campus in the district of Mustamäe in Tallinn. The new office building is a continued development to the office building Tehnopolis, which was completed in 2012 at 2/1 Mäealuse Street.

It is a state-of-the-art office building with a quality grading A. The building has been designed to meet the requirements of energy efficiency class B, which guarantees low energy costs. The office building consists of two units connected with an underground parking floor. The first unit A has 8 and the second unit B has 6 floors.

The leasable area of the office building is ca 8,000 m². The building will be completed in May 2017. The design and construction standards of the Tehnopol 2 enable establishing research and development centres in the building in addition to office spaces.

All office spaces are designed and constructed according to the needs and wishes of each specific client. It is possible to implement flexible room layout: storeys can be planned as open offices, as well as divided into separate offices.
