Astlanda Ehitus has begun the construction works of apartment buildings located at Tobiase 7, 9 and 11, Tallinn. In the first stage, the building with 40 apartments at Tobiase 11 will be completed. Currently, the estimated completion time is the end of 2018.

The sale of the project will begin in autumn 2017.
