The office building at Lelle 22 has 14 ground floors: The canteen and the lobby are located on the ground floor. Conference centre on the second floor. Office spaces on floors 2 to 14. The residential/office building at Lelle 24 has 16 ground floors: The lower floors of the building have office spaces and the upper floors have flats. A green recreational area for residents and employees is located on the roof of the section of the building connecting the high-rise buildings. The parking building at Piima 4 has 6 ground floors for parking and 410 parking spaces.
